Software Designer with a total IT experience of over a decade, he has honed his skills of discussing and analyzing requirements, designing, and developing a wide range of domains like finance, banking, CRM and IT.
Possesses creative analysis and design skills, excellent interpersonal skills while interacting locally as well as across international borders, with a strong sense of worth ethics. Is genuinely interested in advancement of the entire team through innovative knowledge sharing initiatives – and has mentored many junior colleagues over the years.
His technical skill set includes core Java, C#, ASP.NET and design patterns, XML, UML and OOAD. Exposure to Web 2.0 concepts like social networking, PHP, WordPress plug-in development, etc by self-learning. Enjoys learning new programming languages and frameworks, has usually followed the waterfall lifecycle, but has also been keen on experimenting with ideas from Agile development practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, daily stand up meetings and war rooms.
