At lunchtime (assuming its at the cafeteria)… have lunch next to some random colleague you dont know at all or are only vaguely familiar with.
Chances are the person might be surprised, and may be too reserved to say anything. Chances are a conversation might start up all stiff and formal, and then sort of gets stiffled.
