what the hibiscus said

So it was with the case of this hibiscus plant as well…

it was very vibrant hibiscus plant – teeming with large, brilliant red flowers.

Was admiring its beauty when I also noticed something more… plenty of buds, and plenty of other old flowers all withered almost falling off…

Though in silence, it felt this plant was in its own way saying something to me: a very fundamental truth (obvious but and easily forgotten!) “some day you were a bud, some day you’re a flower, and some day you’re going to wilt and fall off…” 🙂
