This here, my space on the web, is going through a transition. Over the next couple of weeks, it will be available on and off. Any inconvenience (ha ha just kidding) isn’t regretted as its all for a good reason 8)
It will continue to be hosted by the cool folks at weblogs.us (to whom I finally overcame procrastination and went beyond saying thanks merely in words to actually made an online donation). But it will move to a new domain (URL) that I purchased recently, along with an upgrade to WordPress 3.0 Beta.
So reorganising this site and its subsites during my spare time is going to take a while. I hope to complete atleast the initial structural level over the next two weeks. A few of the objectives (some short & some long term):
- a professional looking portal for software design and development consultancy services, which includes a knowledge base and guide for aspiring new developers
- de-clutter my journal/blog site and make info that I consider more relevant and important available more easily
- make the parenting website more accessible and interactive
- exhibhit more of my photographs & videos from my past travels around the world
- use a sub-portal as a tool for organizing any event where participants can RSVP or collaborate
