Experienced the gist of this poignant song… though in a lighter way, this morning…


Construction workers’ kids just play on the street. Their play things are stones, sticks, old tyres, plastic bottles, and anything that can become a game!

Today a laborer was carrying a wooden pole horizontally. A small kid was just jumping with joy trying to hold on to the pole and swing from it. The adult had work to do, completely ignored the child and threw the log onto the pile, and went back to get the next one.

Oh… why can’t I just pick that sweet little fellow up and take him to a park myself!!
