a morning at Hebbal lake

By mistake I managed to wake up early, and then acted on a sudden brilliant idea to go to Hebbal Lake to catch the sunrise.

This beauty was basking in the morning light, and I managed to take the picture without any disturbance. I thought parthenium was a completely useless weed, but looks like its actually providing breakfast for this fellow.

For those who are short on time and inclination, here is the conclusion in advance: kindly carry your own trash bags wherever in the remote wilderness you go and carry back your non-biodegradable trash with you, even small chocolate wrappers, and dispose it in a city. 1. It is a beautiful picture, captured well. Good composure and focal plane, though only a more detailed picture can really reveal that What makes it lovelier still is that it is backlit.

  2. This is a fantastic shot!!

Beauty of nature, as a whole is incorporated in a butterfly, and that butterfly is captured here in such a way that its beauty is visible as a whole.

    Thanks for sharing!!

  4. thanks all

bendtherulz, butterflies are pretty tricky to photograph – one way is to avoid the shadow falling on them while approaching them, or to anticipate where they’re going to land and be prepared at that place in advance 🙂

hope u post a good picture here if u manage one sometime!

  5. You kidding…well I have one pic…however the butterfly is quite mousy looking…yikes I should not be partial…am being very rationalist… 😯
